Day 01 (D)

Arrive Sri Lanka

You will be transferred to your hotel in Kandy. Proceed to Kandy en route visit Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage. Approx 55 miles from Colombo, off the Colombo – Kandy road is Pinnawala, where an orphanage was started in 1975 to house the abandoned and the wounded elephants. The number of elephants has increased to more than 65 now; including Baby Elephants brought from various parts, as well as the 23 baby elephants born as a result of the captive breeding program.

Proceed to Kandy & check in to the hotel In the evening commence city tour, Kandy – The hill capital is another “World Heritage Sites”. It was the last stronghold of the Sinhalese Kings during the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule and finally lost to the British in 1815 after an agreement. To the Buddhist of Sri Lanka and the World, Kandy is one of the most sacred sites as it is the home of the “Dalada Maligawa” – Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of Lord Buddha. The Bathing Pavilion (Ulpenge) is by the Lake and in the Center of the lake is the Island called “Kiri samudraya” (Milk white ocean) used by the kings as the summer house. Today it is the center of Buddhism, Arts, Crafts, Dancing, Music and Culture.

Day 02 (B & D)

Depart Kandy / Arrive Nuwaraeliya

Today after breakfast Checkout from your hotel & proceed to Kandy train station. Proceed to Nuwaraeliya by Train via tea plantation which is everlasting experience in your life, to “Little England”. The tea factories found on most tea estates play a vital role in the final value of the manufactured tea. A tea factory is a multi-storied building, almost always sited on the tea estates to ensure that the time between plucking and processing tea is kept to a minimum.

Day 3 (B & D)


After breakfast you will visit the Sita Amman Temple. According to the Indian Epic Ramayana legend, the area where Sita, Queen of King Rama was kept in hiding and the area she roamed is in the hill country of Sri Lanka. In Nuwara Eliya is the “Sita Amman Kovil” – a quaint little temple, with the statues of Rama, Sita, Hanuman, Lakshmana and Sugriva. The stream by the side of the Temple is a famous spot where she went for bathing. Two caves in the Strict Nature Reserve of Hakgala, starting from Temple land are supposed to be two of three Palaces Sita was kept in hiding.

In the evening you will visit the sightseeing Nuwaraeliya.

The ‘Little England’ of Sri Lanka, is set against beautiful backdrops of Mountains, Valleys, Waterfalls and Tea Plantations. It is supposed to be one of the coolest places in the Island, but it is really just like an English spring day, although the temperature does drop at night.

Day 4 (B & D)

Depart Nuwaraeliya / Arrive Bentota

After breakfast you will checkout from your hotel & transfer to Bentota. En route optional stop over at Kithulgala for white water rafting,


It is one of the most famous places for White Water Rafting adventures. However there are many more reasons why this spot, just 100kms from the capital Colombo, is well worth visiting. Chief among these are the historic Beli Lena Caves where the pre-historic Balangoda Man supposed to have lived. The caves are reached after a short 10km drive from the main road through the Kitulgala tea estate.

Thereafter proceed to Bentota & Check into the hotel.


Facing the Indian Ocean, a tropical lagoon and a major river Bentota offers water Sports possibilities nowhere else to be found. Apart from swimming, body-surfing or diving in the sea, you can jet-ski, windsurf, parasail or enjoy a romantic river safari on the river and lagoon.

Day 5 (B & D)


After breakfast you will visit the Turtle Farm Hatchery. Where you can see several species of turtles, specially the hawksbill, are endangered. Most vulnerable of all are their eggs, which are left uncovered on beaches all around the coast. The good will of Kosgoda area fishermen, who brings these eggs gratis to the hatchery, has led to the hatching and release of 100,000 young turtles in only two years since the hatchery opened.

In the evening you will enjoy water sports activities.

Day 6 (B & D)

Depart Bentota / Arrive Colombo

After breakfast you will be checkout from your hotel & you will be proceed to Colombo & checkin to Colombo hotel. In the afternoon you will enjoy the city tour & shopping of the commercial of Sri Lanka.

Colombo is the business and commercial center and the new capital is Sri Jayawardhanapura Kotte, which is only a few miles away. The remains of the buildings during the period and the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule are found in every area of the city. Also visit the BMICH (Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall), see the replica of Avukana Buddha and the Independence Square.

Colombo shopping,

Colombo is a shopping paradise for shoppers who always enjoy a good bargain on quality clothes and

fashion accessory items. A visit to ODEL Unlimited provides ample opportunity to indulge, not only in shopping for designer wear apparel for the whole family, but also takes taste buds on a voyage of discovery. Day 7 (B)


After breakfast you will be checkout from your hotel & proceed to the airport of Colombo for your flight back to home with wonderful memories of a truly amazing holiday in Sri Lanka.
